If you do not remember what your MyCar password is, you can restore it using the web application.
To do this, start your internet browser and then enter the address mycar.tekom.pl



Then click on the “forgot your password?” button. 



In the new window, enter the e-mail address to which the account was created and then click on the reset password button. 



You should now receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password. 
Click on the link, then enter a new password and click on the save button. 

The password should consist of minimum 8 characters, upper and lower case letters and a number 

Once you have saved your new password, you can now log in with your new application data.  
Enter your e-mail address and new password and then click on the login button. 



Now you can use the application on your computer.
